1. Ticketing Rules

• KlookCash or any discount codes cannot be used at checkout for this event.
• By placing an order, you acknowledge that Klook will not be liable for any compensation or reissue of tickets if tickets cannot be collected due to incorrect information, and the order payment will not be refunded.
• Seating Arrangement: If multiple tickets/packages are purchased in one order, the organizer and Klook will try their best to arrange seating, but cannot guarantee that all orders will be assigned consecutive seats. Seating may be odd or non-consecutive. Users must accept the seating arrangement after placing their order. The organizer and Klook will not accept any requests for cancellation, modification, or refund due to seat allocation. The final seat allocation will be determined by the organizer.
• Once an order is confirmed, all ordered or issued tickets cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
• The seating chart is for reference only. The organizer reserves the right to adjust ticket prices, seating, and quantity without prior notice.
• Event details and promotional image URLs are provided by the organizer for reference only. Changes are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Physical Performance Tickets

• The performance of "Children Arts Tech Music Theatre 5 Elements East West" uses physical admission tickets.
• After successful booking, you will receive a Klook QR code (one code per ticket) to redeem your physical performance ticket.
• Klook order confirmation emails, QR codes, or payment records cannot be used directly to enter the venue to watch “Hu Enwei’s Mystery Theatre ‘13.67’ 2.1”. Please redeem your physical performance ticket at the following location and time using your Klook QR code:

• Redemption Time: One hour before the event
• After successfully redeeming your physical ticket, please keep it safe. Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets will not be reprinted. Any alterations, photocopying, overprinting, or scanning of the ticket are invalid. The organizer and Klook will not reissue or replace tickets and will not be held responsible for any issues. * All physical tickets purchased through Klook are legal and comply with Klook's terms and conditions. Klook cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from any source other than Klook.
• Please keep the Klook QR code used to redeem your physical ticket safe. The organizer and Klook will not reissue or replace the QR code in case of loss, damage, theft, alteration, forgery, fraud, or unauthorized use, and will not be held liable for any such loss, damage, theft, alteration, forgery, fraud, or unauthorized use. In case of any dispute, the records of the organizer and Klook shall prevail, and the organizer has the final decision-making right.
• The organizer and Klook have the right to request you to present the Klook App to verify your ticket record.
• All tickets purchased through Klook are legal and comply with Klook's terms and conditions. Klook cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from any source other than Klook.
• Each ticket is for one person only, and a valid physical ticket is required for entry. Children under 3 years old can enter for free when accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older and not occupying an extra seat.
