Good to know
activity description Banping Creek, located in the northeast corner of northern Taiwan, originates from “Banping Mountain”. Adjacent to Ruifang and Jiufen, it used to be rich in various minerals and coal mines, and traces of former smelting factories and waste flues can be seen. After the mining companies and crowds left, Banping River became one of the few clean streams in Taiwan that was completely uninhabited, without homes, factories and other buildings. This activity can be traced all the way up from the mouth of the sea, and there will be several waterfalls along the way. In the novice itinerary, they usually only go to the “Daigui Waterfall” and then turn back. The round-trip time is about 4 hours.
Reminder before departure *Tracing the river is not swimming, we have professional flotation suits and professional coach guidance, so it is no problem if you can’t swim!
