Phi Phi: Private Longtail Boat to Maya Bay & Lagoon with Snorkel

March 9, 2026: This was a wonderful tour. We chose the 3-hour tour starting at 6am. The 1st stop was Maya Bay and we were one of the first ones on the island, so it was easy to take photos without anyone in the background. The 2nd stop was Pi Leh Bay, but we couldn't go through it because it was still low tide. Our guide said we could wait until 8:30am/8:40am to be able to go through, but we decided not to since we didn't want to wait an hour. To be fair, we didn't spend too much time at Maya Bay, so that's why we were early at Pi Leh Bay. We still took nice pictures from the outside. The 3rd stop was Viking Cave and we passed by one other boat here. The 4th stop was Monkey Bay. Our guide said we were lucky to see so many monkeys around 8-8:30am as they typically don't come out this early. We were the only ones there and the guide let us feed them pineapples. Overall, I highly recommend this tour! :)

unique and unforgettable experiences. Everything was fantastic and intuitive, our guide Abu was the best in the world, we couldn't communicate much, but he made every attempt and effort. Always ready and willing, we will carry him in our hearts.

amazing tour! it was definitely worth it doing the 7hr tour. our tour guide was very friendly and did some snorkeling with us pointing out things under water! definitely recommend doing this! i miss it already

we booked a private longtail just for the two of us. we had a lovely time, we saw monkeys and even swam with plankton!! the guide was very nice, he let us stay to see the sunset also!

Had so much fun seen so many islands! my best advice is choose the 1:15-7:15 tour you get a few hours of the hot sun then get to watch the beautiful sunset

First time and got confused that we actually need to arrange ferry/speedboat to the meet up point from where we stayed. Agency was very kind to assist us in how to get to meetup point. Boat captain was very patient and waited for us. He was very friendly and introduce each point to us. As 3 of us are non-swimmers and first time snorkeling, he gave very clear instructions what to do and not to and took care of us very well. He cut fruits and served us after snorkelling. It was a fabulous experience for us. Excellent service and if we are coming back to Krabi again, definitely will book this private tour again from the same agency.

We’re so happy we booked this private tour. our captain was so great and allowed us the flexibility to stay at some places longer and others shorter. We loved every minute of this day and didn’t want it to end. We saw all the main spots like Maya Bay, Monkey Beach, went snorkelling, saw the caves and had some delish pineapple cut by the caption. I really recommend this day to anyone.

Before departure, they thoughtfully contacted us with detailed explanations of the meeting point and time, reminding us of what we needed to prepare ourselves. The boat had cold water and fruit ready. The captain was very nice, waiting for us at the meeting point ahead of time. He took great care of everyone throughout the trip. We saw many beautiful sights, snorkeled in the sea and saw many fish. The captain even prepared toast to attract a large group of fish. Stepping onto the beautiful sands of Maya Bay, this trip was so worth it!
