It was a good experience. The carts were fast and we all had a great time chasing each other.
Surprised the kids race track was about 35 to 50 meters long. Kids looked foolish just to eide in circles. They should state the size of the track. When I asked if they can change to another longer length of track. They said I need to pay more. I guess that's why no one was there. Pretty disappointed.
1) car is fast and has strong pick up 2) kids did not enjoy as their had a smaller track to play on. overall don’t think will do this activity again
We as a family have a lot of fun playing together. A must-try activity when on vacation in Phuket. Very suitable for all ages.

The venue is closed since 1st Apr 24 but Klook allowed me to book and is not replying to my claims now! HORRIBLE experience! Chatted with them on 8 Apr and they promised to get back to me within 48 hours but NO REPLY AT ALL!!!!
This is the third time I have participated. As before, the car has not been maintained, the car shell is broken, and it makes a pinging sound while driving.
The location is good, it's on the rooftop of the shopping mall, which is very convenient. Before booking, there was absolutely no notice that all the cars on site would be charged, and it would take more than 2 hours. Finally, I went to eat first and went back to play in about 3 hours. In addition, we booked the 4:30 time slot, but there were actually only 2 to 3 people playing on site. It was obvious that there was insufficient power or no preparation in advance. The reason for the 3 stars is because the on-site staff tried their best to explain and even loaned out their own electric cars. The actual reasons need to be dealt with by the company itself. Fortunately, we are traveling by car and can be more flexible in controlling our time. I don't recommend booking again. You can see more when you meet each other
