He is very dedicated. As for Klook’s event information and customer service, they are very poor! There was an error in the introduction of the meeting place for the event. I raised a question with the customer service staff. The customer service staff continued to quote the wrong information on the introduction and directed the guests to the wrong meeting place! If you don’t confirm with the activity provider before departure, you will miss a whole day of itinerary!

The reason I don’t recommend it is that the price/performance ratio is low – no matter which package you choose, it’s almost a round-trip bus ride of more than 8 hours! ! In other words, the time to reach both event destinations is very short. More importantly, the uncertainty of seeing drift ice is too high. Either there is no drift ice at all and the boat goes out to see the sea; even if you are lucky enough to catch drift ice, the ship will stop sailing because of the wind! ! The key point is that this information is not informed until halfway through driving after getting in the car, and no changes can be made. Although the service staff had a good attitude and were responsible and enthusiastic, the journey itself was not cost-effective. . Sounkyo also feels a bit like the ice and snow world in Northeast China, and it feels suitable for children. .

The drive takes 8-9 hours round trip. There are rest stops on the way to go to the bathroom. Although the distance is long, it is worth going. The seafood tanorayaki for lunch is delicious. It is a cold weather and the sea is covered by thick ice. It is very spectacular. It’s amazing to see the icebreaker breaking the ice one by one. The Sounkyo Ice Falls Festival light show is also another highlight of this trip. There are many indoor ice sculptures and buried lights, which are very beautiful. However, the sightseeing time is only 40 minutes, which is a bit rushed. , and some locations are slippery and easy to reach, so be careful. The tour guide is Japanese, but there is no communication barrier. He will always write down the return time. Everyone is very punctual. Overall, I highly recommend this trip.

Although the cost is not cheap, it takes a long time to drive there and back, about 6 to 8 hours, but it is still worth it to see the drifting ice and Sounkyo ice sculptures.

Drift ice is a seasonal product. If the amount of drift ice is small, please inform us in advance, and the scale of the ice and snow festival is too small.

It was a pity that I didn’t see any ice floes as it started to get warm on the day of the trip, but the tour guide and driver were very dedicated, and the trip was quite long and in a hurry. The Ice and Snow Festival and the Ice Sculptures are not necessarily a crude version of Harbin Ice and Snow World.

I managed my time very well, and although I didn’t see any drifting ice, the robatayaki was delicious and cost-effective.
