- Redemption Instructions
- Once you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with an eSIM voucher code.
- Create an account on the Airalo website or app.
- Click ‘Airmoney and Membership’ in the top right hand corner.
- Enter your voucher code in the Redeem Voucher field.
- The eSIM purchased will be added to your account.
- You will be able to find the eSIM by clicking ‘View My eSIMs’
- Follow the set up instructions in the Airalo app and stay connected with your loved ones!
- For iOS devices, the installation could be done based on the instructions.

the sim card worked great. I've been expanding it and there were no glitches. I took 20 GB for 14 days. I still have 8 GB unused. I definitely recommend it.
I bought this 20gb esim for two weeks in Japan and I have 12 giga left despite the intensive use of the phone with Google Maps, social and messaging apps. I had initial problems that continued to lose the signal, to solve I recommend changing the esim profile settings the "Operator" item uncheck automatic selection and manually select SoftBank as the operator.
Please check first if your smartphone is on the list. It is a bit confusing to activate but then it works perfect!
This was great! we stayed for 13 days and got 20gb and still had over 10gb when we left. Easy to install and use. Will definitely be using it again!
