I couldn’t leave a review until October 1st, but we actually dined at BRILLIANT in August for its 3rd anniversary celebration, thanks to a friend who chose this venue for his birthday. The event featured live cooking stations, where chefs prepared sizzling “Japanese domestic beef” to order. The beef was good, but a bit chewier than expected—I was hoping for a more melt-in-your-mouth experience. Highlights for me were the “French Braised Beef Tongue” and the “Live Cooking Dorayaki”. The braised beef tongue was exquisitely prepared, and its tenderness, juiciness, and rich flavor were unforgettable. As for the dorayaki, the freshly-made fluffy pancakes were a treat, especially because you could add as much sweet filling—like red bean paste or whipped cream—as you wanted. For someone like me who doesn’t eat seafood, the selection of hot dishes was somewhat limited. However, BRILLIANT made up for it with a wide variety of delightful desserts, which were of a quality you'd expect to find in an authentic pâtisserie.

It is a frequently visited cafeteria. The dishes at this third anniversary event were very good, including Japanese beef, lamb chops, beef Wellington, oysters, crabs, shrimps, etc. The ingredients were good and the dishes were replenished quickly. The service staff in the restaurant are very positive and friendly. Meal vouchers are convenient and affordable. is a good choice.

The dining environment is comfortable and the waiters are very proactive and considerate! And I love the Beef Wellington! Oh my gosh, it’s so delicious! The matcha desserts are also amazing! It’s so delicious. I love it!

The price is a bit high, but there are quite a few people on weekdays. I think the ingredients are okay, and I hope there will be a wider variety of hot food next time.
