- Familiar with the types of ski equipment and how to put on and take off the correct skiing posture of single board / double board
- Correct placement and adjustment of body center of gravity
- Safe fall and get up techniques
- Basic gliding skills on single board / double board
- The plan includes protective gear and equipment, please bring your own stockings that are longer than your calf
- This experience is only available for "first-time experience" students. Students who have participated in courses at SPK are not eligible to sign up
