Masseuse: Polite, clear explanation, good technique, I fell asleep not long after starting, attentive (Paula thx so much) Service: Good, not pushy at all Atmosphere: Facial room environment is good, private room, facial bed is very comfortable, with a heated blanket Facilities: Not bad, but it can be noisy if there are a lot of people (because there are many tourists, one adult dragging several children, it can be quite noisy sometimes)
A very good experience. We first went to the executive floor for lunch, followed by a 60-minute facial and a 30-minute back massage. The beautician, Paula, was very professional, and the facial and massage were spot on. After the treatment, there were the Royal Garden's delicious original palmiers + health tea. The whole experience was very relaxing.

managed to get a booking one day prior. the receptionist is very responsive, the changing room / sauna / steam room area is a bit dated but well kept. spa treatment room is comfy. therapist is good, massage skills is better than facial though. overall staff hospitality is nice. all in all a good value for money experience
Added a 30-minute scrub, and it felt amazing! The environment is very comfortable, and everyone from the front desk staff to the massage therapists is very friendly, especially massage therapist Ling, whose pressure was just right... I would definitely visit again.

The masseuse, Paula, was very chatty and proactively explained stretching knowledge and techniques. Other hotel staff were also polite. The executive lunch staff arranged everything perfectly. Overall, I had a great experience. This was my second visit, and it's a good choice for relaxation!
