Reviews summaryThe environment is comfortable and clean. The massage oil, shower gel and other products provided are all Thann brand, and the spa music is also relaxing. Although the price is much higher than other massage shops, the experience is still worth it. (The Thai technician had good skills, but the water for foot washing was too hot. I reported it to her twice but she just said sorry and passed it over. Should I add some cold water? This is very confusing, so I deducted points.)

The service and environment are as high-quality as ever. The strength and precision of the masseur can really eliminate the fatigue and pain of muscles and bones. I also appreciate the masseuse's attentiveness and care. He provided me with warm water during the massage when I was coughing and feeling unwell. He took great care of his guests👍🏻
The staff and massage therapists at the Festival Walk branch are all friendly and polite, making you feel like you are in a different place. There are 4 massages to choose from for the 2-hour massage. I chose the lightest aromatherapy massage because I can't stand force. You can choose the intensity in the consultation form. The room was big enough and clean. The 2 hours passed pleasantly and easily. This weekday discount offer is very good.
The masseuse was very gentle and polite, and asked if the pressure was okay. There was a wide selection of essential oils. After the 120-minute massage, I definitely felt relaxed. You have to register on the ground floor and then take the elevator up to the shop, which makes the security feel a bit strict. The waiting area is quite small and cramped. To get to the massage rooms, you have to go down a long flight of stairs, which might be inconvenient for some elderly people. The environment tries to mimic a Thai atmosphere, but unfortunately, being in a business district, it still feels a bit off. Overall, the service was okay, but the price was a little high.
There are discounts for Klook purchases. You only need to make an appointment with the store first and then call Klook to buy. It is very convenient. The service is good and the masseur is also very considerate. There is a welcome drink after arrival. After entering the room, you can wash your feet first and then choose whether to have a shower ( (Just follow the time), and then the massage will begin, followed by tea and fruit. The staff is very attentive and found out my birthday. Although they didn’t say it in person, they still smiled knowingly when they saw the blessing words on the letter.
The environment is clean and quiet, the staff is friendly, and the masseuse is attentive and precise. It's consistently good, and I will continue to repurchase.
The location is easy to get to and I'm glad I found such a massage that offers great service. The professionalism and detail were impressive and left me very satisfied.
As always, the level will not disappoint the guests. The technicians are good at massage, the environment is quiet and manageable, and the body and mind are truly relaxed. I will continue to buy it again.
It’s my first time to try this branch in Hong Kong. The staff are very polite and have good service attitude. The environment is comfortable and they provide tea and fruits before and after the massage.
