- By supporting the new norms and post-pandemic SOPs, it’s COMPULSORY for all visitors to register their faces to be used to scan at the turnstile gate to enter to the park
- Step 1: Book your ticket at Klook and make the payment accordingly. You will receive your tickets once booking is confirmed
- Step 2: Click on this to enter your ticket number (from the ticket/voucher that you get). Then, register your face by uploading a selfie
- Step 3: Scan your face at the turnstile and enter to the park seamlessly
Health Guidelines & Hygiene Measures
- Body temperature scanning before entering the park
- Limit guest entry to 1,000 a day
- Sanitizing all facilities on a regular schedule with disinfectants
- Disinfecting pools with chlorination
- Guests are encouraged to use hand sanitizers available throughout the park
- Guests are encouraged to use gloves provided for non-water-based activities
- Supervised social distancing
- Activities will be supervised in zones
- Attraction's staffs are being checked on their daily health condition by the medical staff before commencing work

Visitors required to wear sport attire with shoes for adventure play.Swimming suit for waterplay if let say you dont bring your own swimming suit,they provide a rental one RM 9/per. During CMCO,not all rides is operating in one time.you may discover adventureplay from 10am till 2pm and waterplay from 2 pm till 6 pm. My recommendation is(from 23 y/o POV) play everything at adventure play before you try "flying lemur"(awesome and tiring as well).Dont waste your time at go bananas(kids and adult) unless you come early and got time before waterplay is open.Toilet is superb clean and got surau nearby rainbow slide.most important thing is less people was here eventhough it is public holiday.Overall Escape is such an awesome place to chill with family and friends.Expecting to come here again with my own swimming suit.
