- Select the number of days you need when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at original retail price upon return

Usage reminder
- The speed of your connection is dependent on your reception
- Unlimited daily data traffic, high-speed traffic is reduced after 5GB, and you can continue to use the Internet without interruption. Taiwan time at 0:00 AM the traffic will reset, and a new day of 5GB high-speed traffic will be recalculated.
- For any additional days of use, please notify customer service for assistance before the end of your trip. The renewal fee will be charged at the daily rental rate.
- If the device is not returned by the return date, a late fee will be charged starting from the next day (calculated by multiplying the original price on the official website by the number of days delayed). According to our company's regulations, if the user holds our company's equipment, it will be charged at the daily rental rate.
- Once the equipment is collected, it will be charged on a daily basis regardless of whether it is used or not.

Cancellation policy
- No cancellations, or refunds can be made
- If the order is canceled on the day of departure, a manual processing fee of NT$200 will be charged per instance.

Since the flight to go abroad was at midnight, I suddenly found out that I didn't choose the right time to pick up the WIFI machine 2 days before going abroad (it should be one day in advance), so I quickly contacted the online customer to see if I could change the pick-up time (because the order cannot be modified), so I was actually a little worried... During the trip abroad, whether in Tokyo/Tochigi Prefecture/Saitama Prefecture, the whole process was very smooth. Because there were 4 people connected at the same time, at about 3-4 o'clock in the afternoon, the machine was prone to overheating. Just be careful not to let the machine overheat~ Turn on the machine and connect, it's really convenient! Then after returning to China, because it was past the counter business hours, I directly threw it at the return gate. This is the Nth time I have rented this WiFi. I would like to share with you that I have been on a five-day trip to Shikoku. I traveled all over Shikoku and also went to Shodoshima Island. This is the second time I've used this WiFi service. I received SMS reminders for both pick-up and return, and the pick-up location was very clearly marked on the map! Pick-up was very quick. I used it for 5 days in Okinawa, keeping it on all day and charging it at the hotel each night. I did experience occasional disconnections this time, but it didn't significantly impact my usage.
