- You will receive the activation QR code and instruction from operator's within 1 day after your booking is confirmed
- To set up your eSIM, simply follow the following steps: Go to Settings > Tap Cellular/ Mobile Data > Tap Add Cellular/ Mobile Plan > Scan the below/ attached QR code or enter details manually
- You will receive the activation QR code and instruction from operator's within 1 day after your booking is confirmed
- IMPORTANT NOTES
- Do not use the device's camera or other applications to scan the QR. The setting must follow the instructions listed in email with eSIM's QR code sent from operator
- The voucher is valid for 30 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 00:00 on the last day. Please activate within 30 days after receiving eSIM QR email
- Internet connection is required to install the eSIM (using either Cellular or WiFi).
- We recommend installing eSIM 1 day before traveling to the destined country.
- Do not delete the eSIM. QR code can only be scanned and activated only once.
- After scanning, eSIM cannot be transferred to another device.
- Expiration date for uninstalled eSIM: 30 days since the day the email with QR activation code is sent

I activated the card 1 day before my departure. when I arrived, I turned off my primary card and set this card on. It seamlessly linked to the network. Immediately received the QR code via email. Setup guide was likewise provided, although uploading of the QR via photos only work for Android. For IPhone, if you do not wish to enter the code manually, simply press and hold the QR code and an “Add eSIM” option will appear. Once you have uploaded the eSIM, it will automatically activate once you reach your destination. Connection and coverage has been reliable so far. Will likely use it again in the future.

e-sims are very convenient for solo travellers like me that always rely on google map. just activate the e-sims at least 6 hours prior to your flight. upon arrival i get a 4g connection all thru out my entire stay in Japan. NO DEAD SIGNAL even on top of the mountains (Murodo). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

eSIM makes it much easier to switch mobile networks. Instead of needing to order a new SIM, waiting for it to arrive, then inserting it into your phone, you can switch to a different network with a phone call or online. It's simple to set up and operate—just scan and play! The only drawback is that it cannot be used as a Wi-Fi hotspot for other devices, which I overlooked due to not reading the details. Despite this, I would definitely buy it again in the future.
