the milk tea promo (buy 1 take 1 wintermelon flavors) was a good deal esp for group orders. i couldn't travel this year and my klook credits are expiring so i used them to order food instead. for delivery orders, klook sent a text message next day after I booked. on the day of delivery, staff from Serenitea also sent me a message informing me that my order is on the way and a link so i could track it. the milk tea itself is good and I love that we could customize it with 2 free sinkers and have the sugar level adjusted. all in all, good experience.

Serenitea is one of the best for me. I was really happy when i saw it in klook! Thank you for satisfying my craving. The service is really great! Although i had to wait for 2 days to get my order delivered because of the preparation time but that is still fine. :)

The milk tea tastes good and we got a buy 1 take 1 deal with free sinkers so it's very affordable too. I was also able to use my klook credits therefore I only paid for delivery. highly recommend since the drinks are very customizable. lots of choices for sinkers and sugar level can be adjusted too.
