If you want a special experience and beautiful photos, be sure to use it! I was half-hearted when searching and making reservations for various places on Klook, but after seeing the photos, I am very satisfied. I really liked the fact that they were so kind and paid attention to even a single strand of hair. There were many clothes in good condition, so I made a good choice. The weather was very hot, but I think it was much cooler because I wore a yukata. Best of all, the rental time is until 4:30, so you can make a reservation early and enjoy it to the fullest. I highly recommend it!!!
The whole family changed into kimonos together. It took about half an hour for the craftsman teacher and aunt to help the two daughters put on kimonos. I was really impressed by the layers of details. In addition, they also did their hair. I was touched and grateful for the Japanese-style delicate service. After that, I really couldn’t find my daughter who was an elementary school student (she was so beautiful that I couldn’t recognize her among a bunch of young ladies), so the whole family went to Raimon Temple for a day to go shopping and eat, and she felt cool and comfortable. Even the clogs were easy to wear. It was really cool. It's so beautiful^^
Get off the station and walk a little bit and you will reach the shop. It is very easy to find because it is on the corner and very close to the temple. Walk to the back of the shop. There is a corner to take pictures with the Tokyo Skytree and the Asahi Building by the river. All the staff are very nice, both when choosing the color of the kimono and dressing and hairdressing. The service is really good. I recommend this shop. If I go again, I will go to this shop again.
The mothers are the staff. They are so kind! They communicate in Chinese, English, and Japanese. Just do as the voucher says and you'll be fine! Asakusa is crowded wherever you go, so you'll have to wait in line! I waited in line for a while to eat at the Tendon restaurant Tempura Tento in the middle! It's delicious and they're kind! It's easy to find Aiwafuku! They even dress you up with care! Since it's a rare experience, the gorgeous design is a very good choice!!
easily to redeem ! we go on time and choose the kimono that we want, they also help to recommen the kimono that suit us ! goid services !
These ladies were amazing especially the reception. I had booked on the wrong day and unfortunately my booking expired. the receptionist called her manager and asked if they could squeeze me in which they did the ladies were so very kind and easy going with me. They were so respectful and patient with me, while dressing me they asked if I was okay. They explain as best as they could the different Kimono as there were two types. I was so happy with the service and they really made my day fitting me in. I highly recommend this rental place. Thank you ladies!!!
By the time I made an appointment at 9:30, there were already many people shopping in the store. A Chinese-speaking clerk would greet me. After I went in and selected the clothes I liked, a staff member would take me to change clothes. However, it may be difficult to dress or use hair. It's a Japanese clerk, so you have to do a lot of talking (if there happens to be a Chinese clerk next to you, you can translate), it's a little inconvenient, but it's okay, because there are more girls, so you have to wait a while before it's your turn, so It will also take a lot of time, but overall it is good, thank you staff! Because the weather is cold, we can rent a small shawl for 550 yen~
I accidentally booked the photoshoot only package when I needed 5 kimono rentals and 60 min photoshoot family session. The receptionist was very helpful in correcting my error. The ladies were excellent at what they do. They were attentive, careful, and sweet ladies. The girls hairdos and kimonos were so cute. I loved my hair up in a beautiful bun with side bangs. The photographer was very knowledgeable and helpful. He posed us, gave great directions and instructions, and made us feel very comfortable in front of the lens. We laughed quite a bit.
In fact, I was resisting at first, but I didn’t expect the kimono to be super comfortable (as expected of Japanese craftsmen), and it’s also very cool to wear in summer; especially the craftsman teacher’s aunt helped me, a grown man, to wear it in four or five layers. It was super tight but still comfortable. It’s completely different from just casually putting on a yukata while taking a bath in a hot spring. It’s a great itinerary to wear it and go shopping and eating at Kaminariji Temple for a day!
Super Invincible Thunderbolt is close to the station! Almost all reception staff can speak Chinese, which is very convenient! It doesn't matter if you don't speak Japanese~ except that the store is a bit small, and it happened to be a holiday when I went there, so there were a lot of people! Next to it is Sumida Park, where you can go to Sensoji Temple to take pictures, and you can take pictures of the Skytree Tower! After the end, I will send out postcards taken in front of the door, which is really considerate ❤️
