• 【About Luggage Privileges】Each person can carry one piece of luggage for free. Any additional luggage exceeding this limit can be paid for on-site to the driver/guide at 2,000 JPY per piece. Please be sure to make a note when placing your order. If not informed in advance, the driver/guide has the right to refuse your boarding, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• 【About Driver-Guide Service】Driver-guide service: 4-13 people for a refined small group; Driver + guide service: 14-45 people for a bus tour. Actual arrangements will be adjusted based on the number of participants on the day of departure. Driver-guides primarily focus on driving, with commentary as a secondary role.
• 【About Late Refunds】Since the one-day tour is a shared car service, if you are late at the meeting point or attraction, the supplier will not wait and no refund will be given.
• 【About the Meeting Point】 Please be sure to confirm the meeting point before departure. It is recommended that you arrive at the meeting point early to avoid missing the departure time. This is a shared ride tour. To protect the rights and interests of all passengers and ensure the smooth progress of the tour, we will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers. We appreciate your understanding. Once the meeting point is confirmed, please do not change it temporarily. If you are unable to board due to changing the meeting point for personal reasons, no refund will be given.
• 【Regarding End Time】Due to the longer travel time, the actual arrival time will be affected by factors such as traffic and weather. The times mentioned above are only estimates. Please avoid arranging other activities after the day's itinerary. Our company will not bear relevant responsibility for any losses caused by delays. We appreciate your understanding.
• 【About itinerary adjustments】This product may be adjusted based on factors such as weather. To ensure your safety, staff have the right to ask guests to suspend outdoor activities and will communicate with you to make alternative arrangements. The specific situation will be based on the actual conditions on the day.
• 【About Playtime】The transportation, sightseeing, and stopover times involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual situation on the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather conditions, etc.), the tour guide may reasonably adjust the order of play without reducing the attractions in the itinerary, based on the actual situation and with the consent of the guests.
• 【Regarding Leaving the Group Mid-trip】During a group tour, early departure or leaving the group mid-trip is not permitted. If you choose to leave the group mid-trip, any uncompleted portions will be considered voluntarily forfeited, and no refunds will be issued. You will be solely responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving or departing from the group. Your understanding is appreciated.
• 【About Force Majeure】Due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd impact on the day, the arrival time of each itinerary may change. In case of the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, the tour guide has the right to adjust and reduce the itinerary on site, and no refund can be requested on this ground. Due to the longer travel time, please understand if there is a traffic jam. Our company will not bear any subsequent costs caused by delays due to traffic jams.
• 【Regarding Seating Requests】We will do our best to arrange seating, but as this is a shared-ride tour, seat allocation primarily follows a first-come, first-served principle. If you have special requirements, please inform us in the remarks, and we will do our best to arrange suitable seating for you. The final arrangement will be subject to the coordination of the tour guide on the day. We hope for your understanding and tolerance, and thank you for your consideration.
• 【Regarding seasonal limited events】(such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, illuminations, fireworks festivals, snow scenery tourism, hot spring seasons, festive events, etc.) are highly affected by climate, weather, or other force majeure factors. Specific arrangements may be adjusted, so please refer to official announcements. If no clear official notification of event cancellation is received, we will proceed according to the original plan. If the flower season or special events do not meet expectations, no refunds will be issued. Please be aware of this.
• 【About Vehicle Models】Reference models: 5-8 seater car: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seater car: Toyota HAICE or equivalent; 18-22 seater car: Minibus; 22+ seater car: Large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only, and the actual vehicle will be adjusted according to the number of people in the group on the day of departure.
• 【Regarding personal belongings】Please take good care of your personal belongings and try not to carry valuable items. If they are lost or damaged during the trip, you will be responsible for the loss yourself.
• 【Regarding Bus Riding Regulations】Eating strong-smelling food and ice cream products is prohibited inside the bus. If personal actions cause damage to the interior equipment or defacement of the vehicle, compensation must be paid according to the actual repair or cleaning costs incurred by the bus company.
• 【Regarding infants under three years old】They can participate for free, but customer service must be informed in advance and a note completed. If not stated in advance, due to vehicle capacity limits, boarding may be refused on-site. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated. No seat will be arranged; the infant must be held by a guardian throughout.
• [Tour Explanation Language Description] This is a group tour, and you may be joined by travelers from different language regions. The actual explanation language will be subject to the arrangements on the day of the tour. We cannot guarantee the provision of staff corresponding to a specific language (Chinese, English, Japanese, or Korean), and the supplier reserves the final decision-making authority. We appreciate your understanding.
• 【Regarding Personal Preparation / Health and Safety】Travelers are requested to prepare for cold or heat in advance, according to the season and daily weather changes.
• 【Regarding Travel Date】Please be sure to use the relevant services according to the date shown on the order. If you do not travel on the order date, and arbitrarily change the travel date and request to use the service, the merchant has the right to charge an additional 100% of the fee (i.e., the full order amount) on-site, or refuse to provide the service. All consequences and responsibilities arising therefrom must be borne by yourself. Please be aware of this and strictly abide by it.

• You'll get confirmation 48 hours before the departure date. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• Partial refund rules: If the Ine Bay sightseeing boat tour is suspended due to weather or other force majeure factors, it will be changed to an experience on a small boat within the bay; if no boats can be taken at all on the day, Klook will refund 1,000 JPY as compensation.
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 10 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
