What to expect
We will start to visit Marunouchi area, related to foundation of Edo castle and Edo city to discover its enginierring planification. At Sakurada mon gate, we will see differents types of stone wall of Japanese castle and basic defensive structure of gates. Afterward, we will see the iconic landscape of the entrance of Imperial Palace of today. Seeing Fujimi Watch Tower, we will approch to Edo East main castle. After visiting Kikyo gate and Tastumi watch tower, we will reach to the main gate of the castle, Ote mon gate. Inside the rremain of former Edo castle, a story of NInja, that of workers of construction, that of a samurai who suffered of humiliation by his superior and that of ladies of the private zone of the Shogun are presented.
