Jinglvlun Cultural Tourism Town is located in the Xiaokeng Town National Forest Park, Qujiang District, Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province. It is a national 4A-level tourist attraction that perfectly integrates "Zen culture" and "forest hot springs." The name of the scenic area, "Jing, Lü, Lun" (Sutra, Vinaya, Abhidharma), originates from the Buddhist Tripitaka, showcasing its profound Zen cultural heritage. Surrounded by mountains and ancient trees, it not only boasts an excellent natural ecological environment but also serves as a secluded health and wellness retreat where visitors can experience Zen and cleanse their souls amidst green mountains and clear waters.

The core symbol and most breathtaking landscape of the scenic area is the Jade Guanyin statue enshrined on the Yuanman Mountain Road. This Guanyin statue is carved from a single piece of natural Burmese jade weighing hundreds of tons, with a warm texture and solemn appearance, making it a rare artistic treasure.
