• No Partial Participation or Early Departure:Joining the tour midway or leaving the tour group early (individual dismissal before the tour ends) is not permitted.
• Weather & Marine Conditions:Due to safety regulations, the water taxi may be canceled in the event of rough sea conditions. This decision may be made on the morning of the tour. If the water taxi is canceled, the entire tour will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
• Large Luggage Policy:We cannot accommodate or store large luggage (such as large suitcases) on the vehicle. Please arrange to store them before the tour.

• Water Taxi Notice:The chartered water taxi (boat) may be shared with other passengers from outside our tour group.
• This tour requires a minimum of 6 participants to operate. In the event that the minimum number is not met, the tour may be canceled, and you will be notified at least 14 days prior to the departure date.
• Vehicle Changes based on Group Size:Depending on the number of participants, the tour vehicle may be changed to either a minibus or a HiAce-type van.

• Walking & Footwear on Kinkasan Island:Kinkasan Island features many steep slopes and steps. Please ensure you wear comfortable clothing and suitable walking shoes.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to request a full refund
• A full refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Cruise, ferry or flight is cancelled
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
