• [About Luggage Privilege] Each person can carry one piece of luggage free of charge. For any excess luggage, an additional 2000 JPY per piece can be paid to the driver/guide on site. • 【Regarding Force Majeure】Due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd impact on the day, the arrival time of each itinerary may change. In the event of the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, the tour guide has the right to adjust and reduce the itinerary on site. We ask for your understanding, and this cannot be used as a reason to request a refund.
• 【About Late Refunds】As the one-day tour is a carpooling service, if you are late at the meeting point or attraction, we will not wait and no refund will be given. Please be aware.
• [About the meeting point] Please be sure to confirm the meeting point before departure. Once the meeting point is confirmed, please do not change it temporarily. If you are unable to board the vehicle due to a change in the meeting point for personal reasons, no refund will be issued.
• If the fireworks display is decided to be canceled or postponed before departure (at the latest, the day before), this tour group will be canceled. In such a case, our company will proactively contact the registered representative. Please understand that if the local final decision is announced only on the day of the event, the cancellation notice may also be issued on the morning of the departure day. If the tour group has already departed and then a cancellation or postponement is decided, the itinerary may be changed to visit other attractions. The tour fee for itineraries already departed will not be refunded due to the cancellation or postponement of the fireworks display.
• Suggested items to bring: To enhance your viewing experience, it is recommended to prepare the following items in advance: hat, light jacket (night temperatures are lower), flashlight, raincoat (umbrellas are prohibited in the viewing area), wet wipes.
