- The minimum number of participants required is 10. We will notify you at least 14 days prior to the departure date regarding tour operation or cancellation.
- As a general rule, we cannot accept or store large luggage on the bus.
- Lunch at Jogi Temple (Jogisan) is at your own expense during free time.
- Depending on the day of the week, some shops and facilities in Jogi (Jogisan) and Matsushima may be closed.

- If there are 8 or fewer participants, the tour may be conducted using a Toyota HiAce van instead.
- If you are prone to motion sickness, please prepare your own sickness medication in advance.
- The tour will depart rain or shine (including snow). Please bring your own rain gear.However, the tour will be canceled in the event of severe weather where official warnings are issued. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
- Joining the tour midway is not permitted.
