• The driver-guide service time for this itinerary is limited to 10 hours. If this time is exceeded, an overtime fee of 40,000 Korean Won will be charged per hour.
• The calculation of the driver's service time is based on the time from the first pick-up point until the return to the first drop-off point. If overtime is less than 1 hour, it will be charged as 1 hour.
• When carpooling, each group shares the total amount for overtime and pays the driver/guide in cash.
• Delays caused by irresistible factors such as traffic congestion, severe weather, or road control are not within the scope of the driver-guide's responsibility.
• The estimated time spent at attractions is for reference only. The driver-guide will adjust the duration of stay at each attraction as appropriate, based on the day's traffic conditions, attraction circumstances, and overall itinerary.
• The tour guide will make appropriate adjustments to the meal arrangements based on the day's itinerary progress, traffic conditions, and actual on-site circumstances.
• As vehicles can only pick up and drop off at designated meeting points, we regret that we cannot arrange pick-ups at other locations outside of these designated meeting points. Thank you for your understanding.
• The day before departure, we will contact you via email, LINE, WeChat, etc., and inform you in advance of the meeting time, license plate number, location, and other important注意事项. Please pay attention to and confirm our notification in a timely manner.

Cancellation policy

• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 0 minutes or more
