• If the experience is not possible due to force majeure factors such as weather or the operating conditions of the Ganghwa Luge, the itinerary will be changed to a visit to Paju Premium Outlets.
• The driver-guide service time for this itinerary is limited to 10 hours. If this time is exceeded, an overtime fee of 40,000 Korean Won will be charged per hour.
• Service time calculation is based on the time from the first pick-up stop until returning to the first stop. Overtime less than 1 hour is also calculated as overtime.
• When carpooling, each group shares the total amount for overtime and pays the driver/guide in cash.
• Delays caused by force majeure factors such as traffic congestion, severe weather, or road control are not within the scope of the driver's responsibility.
• The estimated time spent at attractions is for reference only. The driver-guide will adjust the duration of stay at each attraction as appropriate, based on the day's traffic conditions, attraction circumstances, and overall itinerary.
• The tour guide will make appropriate adjustments to the dining arrangements based on the day's itinerary progress, traffic conditions, and actual on-site circumstances.
• As vehicles can only pick up and drop off at designated meeting points, we regret that we cannot arrange pick-ups at other locations outside of these designated meeting points. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• A full refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 48 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
