Any excess luggage can be paid on-site to the driver/guide at 2000 JPY per piece. Please be sure to make a note when placing your order. If not informed in advance, the driver/guide has the right to refuse your boarding, and the tour fee will not be refunded. 3: [About Driver/Guide Service] Driver-guide service: 4-13 people for a small group; Driver + Guide service: 14-45 people for a bus tour. The actual arrangement will be adjusted according to the number of participants on the day. The driver-guide primarily focuses on driving, with explanations as a secondary role. 4: [About Force Majeure] Due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd impact on the day, the arrival time for each itinerary may change. In case of the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, the tour guide has the right to adjust and shorten the itinerary on-site. We ask for your understanding, and this cannot be used as a reason to request a refund. 5: [About Late Arrival and Refund] As the one-day tour is a shared car service, if you are late for the meeting point or attraction, we will not wait, and no refund will be given. Please be aware. 6: [About Vehicle Models] Reference models: 5-8 seater car: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seater car: Toyota HAICE or equivalent; 18-22 seater car: small bus; 22+ seater car: large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only, and the actual arrangement will be adjusted according to the number of participants on the day. 7: [About End Time] Due to the long travel time of the itinerary, the return arrival time may be affected by traffic or weather. It is recommended that you avoid arranging other activities on the day the itinerary ends. The supplier will not be liable for any losses incurred due to delays.
