• We will send you a confirmation email after 15:00 PM the day before your trip, which will include: meeting time, tour guide contact information, and vehicle license plate number. Please check your inbox (it may go into your spam folder).
• To avoid delaying your next departure, please arrive at the designated location 15 minutes in advance. Late arrival will be considered an automatic forfeiture, and no refunds will be issued.
• This itinerary does not include lunch; it is recommended that you dine at Lake Toya on your own. The Usuzan Ropeway and Bear Ranch are optional activities, and you are responsible for your own tickets.
• If you experience motion sickness or seasickness, please prepare protective measures in advance to avoid affecting your pleasant journey.
• Infants aged 0-2 years who do not occupy a seat are free, but advance notice must be given to avoid being refused service by the driver due to vehicle overcrowding.
• Please keep your phone accessible during the trip so that the tour guide or staff can contact you in a timely manner.
• Please take good care of your personal belongings and try not to carry valuables; if lost or damaged, you will be solely responsible.
• The journey is long. If you encounter traffic jams, please wait patiently. Our company will not be responsible for any subsequent costs incurred due to delays caused by traffic jams. Thank you for your understanding.
• In case of special weather conditions, the event will be canceled. You can choose to reschedule or get a refund. We appreciate your understanding.
• From September 25 to October 20, 2026, cleaning and maintenance work will be carried out on the "Great Buddha Head." During this period, it may not be possible to view it normally. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
