We then had almost 2 hours of free time, which was more than enough. The shuttle from the visitor center quickly took us to the rock formations in about 5 minutes. You can take photos of the rocks from different angles. This is a must-see World Heritage site. On the return trip, they asked us which stop we wanted to get off at, either on the Natural History Museum street or Victoria. We got off at the Natural History Museum and took the opportunity to visit the museum, then went to dinner and back to the hotel. I suggest for this company to update the departure details listed here on Klook. The meetup stated here was along Buckingham Palace Road, but apparently the pickup point was two streets away. It was quite stressful. The ride took about 2 hours, then we were given about 75 minutes to explore Stonehenge and that was it.

I chose this tour for its morning departure expecting good organisation, but it was poorly managed overall. After Stonehenge, we were told to return to the meeting point just to change buses, despite the driver warning it would waste time. We could hear the disagreement, with management insisting. This detour cost about an hour, delaying arrival from 2:30pm to 4:15pm. The replacement bus was uncomfortable with poor ventilation, making the journey unpleasant. While I appreciated the driver advocating for passengers, coordination from management was lacking and did not prioritise time or comfort. I also wouldn’t recommend the premium upgrade—the meal bag was underwhelming and not worth the extra cost; standard seating was fine.
