• Yunnan is a plateau region with low atmospheric pressure. For your safety, pregnant women, seniors over 65 years old, and patients with high blood pressure, heart disease, or other similar conditions are prohibited from booking this itinerary. We appreciate your understanding.
• During peak season, there is a huge flow of people, and occasional traffic jams occur. Passengers who need to leave by plane after completing their tour on the same day, please manage your time well.
• In case of itinerary delays caused by force majeure, the expenses shall be borne by the guest.
• When traveling, you must not leave the group without authorization. If you need to leave the group under special circumstances, you should inform the tour guide and write a certificate of voluntary departure from the group.
• This product is a group tour for individual travelers. Without affecting your itinerary, you will need to share vehicles with other tourists and may experience mutual waiting. • Team itineraries have pre-arranged seats. Children need to purchase the corresponding package. If the vehicle is overloaded and cannot depart due to not purchasing a children's package, the customer is responsible for the consequences.
• Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult traveler throughout the journey.
• Seniors aged 60 (inclusive) and above must ensure they are in good health suitable for travel and must be accompanied by at least one adult traveler throughout the journey.
• This tour is not suitable for pregnant women, seniors over 70 years old, and patients with diseases such as high blood pressure and heart disease. There is a risk of rejection, so please purchase with caution.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• Partial refund rules: Before 14:00 (inclusive) 1 day before the usage date: no loss will be charged
• Partial refund rules: Before 14:01 on the day before the usage date to 18:59 (inclusive) on the day before the usage date: 60% of the loss will be charged.
• Partial refund rules: After 19:00 on the day before the usage date: 100% loss will be charged.

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
