The owner, coach, and photographer were all incredibly friendly and professional, providing a very relaxed and enjoyable environment for our family's first-time experience! All we had to do was change into our swimsuits, then put on the rafting gear and life vests they provided, and we were ready to go! Besides our family of four, there were also two Japanese tourists joining us. The coach patiently explained all the safety measures and procedures to us in English. He was a very enthusiastic and professional coach, and he created a pleasant atmosphere for us! During the rafting, even though there were some slightly thrilling rapids, all you had to do was follow the coach's instructions, and you could easily complete the trip. Even my five-year-old and ten-year-old children had a blast! My kids even jumped into the flowing water from a rock at the end of the rafting trip, under the coach's guidance – I was so proud of them! Of course, I joined in too, jumping in to experience the clear, slightly chilly water of Hokkaido in late August; it was truly wonderful! This activity became one of our family's most memorable experiences in Hokkaido! At the end of the activity, the photographer took many fantastic pictures for us, and we received all of them at the end, leaving us with beautiful memories!

The scenery was beautiful, and the tour guide was professional, offering instructions in English. The water was quite cold in mid-August, but the equipment provided was excellent, allowing visitors to enjoy the experience with peace of mind. A photographer also took high-quality pictures of the visitors at various points during the trip, which is highly recommended. However, there are no convenience stores nearby, so it's advisable to purchase anything you need beforehand.

Today, we went rafting in Minamifurano and chose this company's tour. The entire experience lasted about three hours. Along the way, we saw many beautiful sights and enjoyed some thrilling rapids. The river water was very clean, and we saw many fish mid-trip. We even got to swim and jump into the water! Our guide was from Nepal, and communication in English was perfectly fine. He also provided explanations throughout the trip. I highly recommend this activity!!!

We were a group of 4 doing rafting in the morning session. The location is easy to locate and the place is clean and tidy. The owner and staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. The all-included gear, dry suit , wet shoes, and safety vest are all in good condition. During the rafting , photos were not only taken by the wife of the owner, but also the coach. He multitasked very well , not only controlling the raft very well and safe but also encouraging us to jump into the water and even took nice videos. It definitely made our trip even more memorable. All photos taken with the company’s camera can also be received after the end of the session. In conclusion: highly recommend the company for those who enjoy some challenging activities, and they also do fishing trips if that interests you more.

This is the best rafting I did. The water is clean, the view is nice. the staff are very professional and considerate. This company has excellent service. I recommend this for any family in summer in Hokkaido. I just did this in the morning. I loved it.
