August 15, 2026. I used the head spa service for women. The service I received was different from what was advertised. Ear cleaning, nail, and toenail care were not provided. My ears were filled with water from the showerhead and remained wet until I left, and nail and toenail care were not included at all. Additionally, a specific therapy was unnecessarily excessive, and the service provided was shorter than the scheduled one hour. I'm wondering if the service content was different because I booked through Klook, or if these services are only included when booking a 90-minute session, or if there's an additional charge for women with long hair. The information on Google Maps also advertises the same service content. If the service varies depending on the booking site or the person, I believe this should be clearly communicated and improved. I've lived in Bangkok for a while and have visited many head spas and massage places. I went with high expectations due to the good reviews on Google Maps, but I had an unpleasant experience.
