[Exhibition within an Exhibition - Pre-trip Notice]

❶ This exhibition within an exhibition is by “reservation only.” Please be sure to complete check-in and admission at the “Exhibition Entrance” at least “30 minutes before” your reserved time slot for the exhibition within an exhibition. No reservations will be held for late arrivals. ❷ When verifying your ticket at the exhibition entrance, please also collect your “Exhibition within an Exhibition Voucher” and present it at the designated location as instructed (the voucher will be collected by on-site staff upon admission). ❸ The exhibition within an exhibition is located in the 9th (middle to late section) of the 13 exhibition areas, and the experience time is approximately 30 minutes. ❹ Recommended duration: For a complete visit to “all 13 exhibition areas + the exhibition within an exhibition,” it is recommended to set aside 60–90 minutes. ❺ Recommended entry time: Please arrive 30–60 minutes early to collect your ticket and check in according to your purchased exhibition within an exhibition time slot, to ensure a smooth and orderly viewing experience.

— Ticketing Information —

• Each ticket is valid for one person for one entry on the day of validity only and cannot be re-entered. Reselling or hawking tickets at the exhibition venue is prohibited, and violators will be dealt with according to law.
• Orders with multiple tickets must enter together. If separate entry is required, please place separate orders.
• After purchasing tickets, please complete the redemption during the exhibition period (until 2026/9/13). Tickets will be void after the expiration date. In case of loss, damage, or inability to identify the ticket, it will be considered invalid, and no refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be accepted.
• Children aged 3 (inclusive) and under are admitted free of charge and must present identification for verification before entry. If not eligible, please purchase tickets according to your identity. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 20 (inclusive) or older with a ticket.
• Children aged 3 to 12 (inclusive) and students (excluding master's and doctoral students, open universities, continuing education, and community colleges) are eligible for concession tickets. Concession tickets purchased online must be verified with identification upon entry. If not eligible, a new ticket must be purchased according to identity (no on-site payment of the difference). If purchased on-site, identification must be presented at the time of purchase. The applicable age for all concessions is calculated based on the actual age on the day of entry.
• VIP tickets are for marketing activities and guest invitations by the organizer and cannot be resold or exchanged.
• Ticket refunds are only accepted for tickets sold on-site at the exhibition venue. A complete, unused ticket, invoice, and credit card slip must be provided. A 10% handling fee of the ticket face value will be charged for each ticket. For online ticket refunds, please operate on the platform. If you have any questions, please contact the platform's customer service.
• Please read the precautions carefully before purchasing tickets. Once the purchase is completed, it is deemed that you agree to all the above ticketing information.

— Exhibition within an Exhibition Ticketing Information —

❶ Check-in and Late Arrival Policy: Please be sure to arrive early according to your reserved time. If you fail to check in on time, your spot will be automatically released for on-site standby, and your original reserved time slot will be considered forfeited.

• Latecomers may register with on-site staff to apply for "standby for subsequent sessions on the same day." However, standby availability depends on the actual on-site situation, and a spot is not guaranteed.
• If all subsequent sessions on the same day are full and you are unable to experience the exhibition within an exhibition, your original main exhibition area ticket can still be used for normal entry and viewing. However, exhibition within an exhibition tickets are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or cash equivalents.

❷ On-site Standby Mechanism: On-site standby is only available for spots released due to no-shows for that session. ❸ Single Entry Restriction: This exhibition is for single entry only. Please be sure to complete your experience before leaving the exhibition hall. Re-entry is not permitted after leaving. ❹ Ticket Binding Policy: Please note that exhibition within an exhibition tickets are not sold separately and must be used in conjunction with an admission ticket (single ticket/concession ticket/compassion ticket/double ticket). ❺ Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellation from order confirmation up to 1 hour before the participation time: A 10% cancellation fee will be charged.
• Cancellation within 1 hour before the participation time to after the participation time: A 100% cancellation fee will be charged (no refund).
• For cancellation services related to exhibition within an exhibition tickets purchased on online platforms, please contact the online platform's customer service.

— Exhibition Information —

• Photography and videography are permitted at this exhibition. Please respect the intellectual property rights and copyrights of the exhibition and works, and maintain the viewing rights of others. The use of flash, tripods, and selfie sticks or other auxiliary equipment is prohibited. Commercial photography or interviews are not allowed without prior application and permission.
• To maintain exhibition quality and safety, some exhibition areas have time, frequency, and capacity limits. Please cooperate with service staff's instructions for queuing and entry. If you leave the exhibition midway or have completed the viewing route and left, you will need to purchase a new ticket for re-entry. The shop area and themed cafe do not require tickets for re-entry.
• Due to the theatrical design of the exhibition venue, some exhibition areas cannot accommodate wheelchair or stroller users for safety management reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience. The number of wheelchairs allowed is limited, and there may be a wait when the venue is crowded. Please cooperate with staff's guidance and wait. Thank you.
• It is recommended to store large luggage and strollers outside the exhibition venue. Temporary storage service is provided at the exhibition entrance, but overnight storage and custody are not provided. Please take care of your personal belongings and valuables. Items left for storage that are not collected after the exhibition hours will be sent to the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park Service Center.
• Playing, running, smoking, chewing gum, and betel nut are prohibited inside the venue. To implement epidemic prevention guidelines, eating and drinking are strictly prohibited in the exhibition area (except for designated areas). Please store any beverages such as hand-shaken drinks or coffee before entering. Unclaimed items after the exhibition will be disposed of.
• Pets (except for police dogs, guide dogs performing duties, or guide dog puppies accompanied by professionals), long-handled umbrellas, outside food and beverages, and various dangerous and prohibited items are not allowed inside the venue.
• There are no restrooms or trash cans inside the exhibition venue, and re-entry is not permitted. Please use the restrooms around the exhibition venue before entering to visit.
• Please follow the viewing routes, exhibition rules, and instructions from on-site staff. The organizer will not be responsible for any injuries caused by improper behavior or failure to follow staff instructions. In case of large crowds, please queue in an orderly manner. If any exhibits are damaged, compensation will be required at the market price. If the viewing regulations are not followed and there is no improvement after being advised, the organizer reserves the right to request departure, and no ticket fees will be refunded or compensated.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel activities and interpret these precautions for any matters not covered above.
• Before purchasing tickets, please understand and agree to the above regulations. If you do not agree, please do not purchase to avoid unnecessary disputes and damages. When proceeding with ticket purchase and refund operations, it will be deemed that you have understood and agreed to comply with all the above matters.
