The newly renovated Hilton boutique hotel is conveniently located right next to King Glory Plaza. As it's a boutique hotel and not a resort, the rooms, though small, are fully equipped, new, and stylish. Upon entering, there's a coat rack and space for luggage. The desk is electronically adjustable, and there are plenty of power outlets for charging throughout the room. The bathroom features a separate wet and dry area for the shower. The television is very large, likely 65 inches, and receives Hong Kong TV channels. The breakfast restaurant is quite spacious, with ample room between tables, and offers basic Western breakfast items. Staff members, despite being busy, cheerfully prepare eggs and noodles to order, and are very friendly. There are regular juices and freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, and the coffee is also good. The hotel lobby provides many areas for guests to relax or charge devices and use the internet. There are also vending machines selling drinks and a coffee machine, with a separate seating area for coffee patrons. Overall, the staff are friendly and attentive. If you're looking for a hotel with convenient access to shopping and dining, this is an excellent choice.

This newly opened hotel offers great value for money. Its location is incredibly convenient, just a few hundred meters' walk from Guomao Station and close to King Glory Plaza. The staff, including Liu Zhenqiao and other front desk personnel, as well as the restaurant employees, were all exceptionally courteous and helpful, which is highly commendable. (Stayed 2 nights)

Excellent location! The breakfast offers both Western and Chinese options. For Western, there are omelets, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, bacon, sausages, toast, and croissants! This was perfect for me, as I primarily prefer Western breakfast! Coffee options include latte, espresso, americano, and cafe crema! There are also freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juices, or watermelon juice. The room was spacious, and the cleaning staff were polite. Every staff member, including the managers, was very courteous. Before we left, Joy even asked about our stay and bid us farewell! We will definitely stay here again!

Second stay! Coincidentally, I had the same staff member check me in, and she remembered me, haha! I have to commend the cleaning staff for neatly organizing my charging cable—so thoughtful! Last time, I didn't realize there were different pillow types, but I switched to a new one last night, and I woke up without any neck pain this morning. Cleanliness: 101%

The front desk staff and housekeepers were all very friendly and helpful. I accidentally booked two king rooms when purchasing tickets, and we arrived before check-in time. Zhen Qiao and Yumi at the front desk were incredibly helpful, doing their best to switch our room type and arrange for us to be on the same floor. They also helped us arrange a late check-out until 2 PM. Additionally, they thoughtfully asked if we had any special requests, such as avoiding rooms at the end of the hall. The room facilities were new, including an air purifier, and the water pressure was good. We didn't hear any noise from next door or the hallway, and there was no smoke smell. The hotel is conveniently located about 50 meters straight ahead from the subway exit, with King Glory Plaza nearby and many restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel has a gym and laundry facilities, but we only stayed one night so we didn't visit them. The breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but we found it to be quite good. They also provided high chairs and children's cutlery. The hotel offers a selection of pillows, but it's probably best to inform the staff early if you want a specific one, as the cassia seed pillow I inquired about was the last one available, and the staff couldn't get it for me! After checking out, we left our luggage at the front desk and went out to eat and explore. Later, my nephew realized his phone was missing and couldn't find it anywhere. I wondered if it might have been lost in the hotel lobby, as they had waited there while I checked out. So, I decided to ask Nici and Bella at the front desk. To our surprise, they said a guest had found it and turned it in, but since it was locked, they didn't know how to find the owner. In the end, the child was safe and sound. We are so grateful to the guest who found the phone and turned it in, and to the two ladies who kept it safe for us. May good people be safe and sound forever! 🙏🏻🤣

The hotel is very close to Exit E of Guomao Station on the Shenzhen Metro. It only takes a few minutes to get from the hotel to King Glory Plaza via the Shenzhen Metro, making it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping!

The hotel is new and clean. Although the room isn't very large, it has everything you need. All the staff are very friendly! Thank you all 🙏. On the day we checked in, there was a black rainstorm in Hong Kong, and Shenzhen was flooded in many places. Luckily, the hotel is very close to Exit E of Guomao Subway Station, which saved us a lot of trouble. This hotel offers great value for money and is convenient for getting anywhere!

The location is excellent, less than a minute from the Guomao Station exit. There are many great restaurants nearby, and it's not far to walk to Dongmen. The room is tidy, clean, and spacious, and breakfast is standard.
