We had a great stay here. The environment is great, the service quality is high, and the front desk staff is very attentive, giving us detailed directions to another location. We're very satisfied. The hotel food is high quality, and the massage therapists are thorough and skilled. The pigeon dish was delicious. The service staff was very gentle and upgraded our room. When checking in, I provided the Klook booking code and all my identification documents, but the front desk staff took a long time to find no record of my reservation. Upon entering the room, the window was open, making it very hot. There was an AI voice assistant, "Xiao Du," to control the room's electric devices, but it couldn't close the window. I had to go back to the front desk to ask someone to close it manually. To access the internet, I needed to log in using the Pinyin (Mandarin phonetic spelling) of my surname, rather than the exact spelling on my ID, which was quite confusing. The breakfast area was filled with cigarette smoke, and the hygiene needs improvement. There's a massage parlor downstairs, but reservations are required in advance.

It's only three minutes away from Shixia Station. The big bed is comfortable, the soundproofing is good, the hot water is hot enough, the breakfast is quiet, but the room price is not affordable.
