I enjoyed every minute of this experience! My suggestion is to follow the directions given by Klook and not google maps or something. The directions given were perfect! I had a rough start but heeded to the directions and it made the trip there so quick and smooth. They are very hospitable. I think the place opened less than ten years ago. I liked the big room with all the pools and I loved the outdoor jacuzzis. The food was also really good! They offered me sooo much even time and a place to nap! Totally worth it! Just don’t forget a respectable bathing suit and a swim cap. But if you don’t, they offer it to you for a small rental fee.
Very out of the way and quite inconvenient to get to if you stay in the city, especially if you don’t drive! We were panicking because we missed the bus timings and thought we’d be stuck there, so do take note! Very fun experience though loved the mud bath and the mermaid tail was quite fun to put on! Lunch provided was decent and the water slides were surprisingly fun! Good experience especially if you come with family. We came in winter so it was pretty cold but would do it again
The Spa was very nice, it has all you need. Kids can go and enjoy their facilities. I used this app Klook to book, very easy and convenient to use.

It is located more than 2 hours away from downtown Okinawa, so it is difficult to access, but the food at Iljon Home Restaurant in Apgu was a good fit.
The location is far away, and it is usually the elderly. I didn't see a family traveler on that day. Facilities are slightly older
Super clean and organized as it's what you can expect from Japanese culture. Very light lunch but the thalasso spa is soooooo good and relaxing. Mermaid pictures first, spa and painting is the last activity, then shower. The place is very kids friendly.
Excellent customer service. Time flies at this facility, must cater at least half day. Suitable even for small children, with little jacuzzi and water slide.
