Jack was very pleasant and friendly your guide. unfortunately we had a very rainy day for our tour but he and the bus driver lent my mom an umbrella. the strawberry picking was delicious and he helped take pictures for us and other tour guests. he maintained a positive attitude even though the weather was a challenge. the cherryblossoms were pretty but not in full bloom yet due to the cold rainy weather. and the coast view was a bit challenging for those who have mobility issues. I would take his tour again and hopefully it will be sunny. recommend bringing water proof shoes and umbrella and ran jacket. lunch was tasty.
Highlight of the tour is definitely the Strawberries! Also visited Shizenji Onsen Town and had Tonkatsu lunch. Disappointed we didn’t get to see any cherry blossom though. Big thanks to Tony Zhao who made the tour very enjoyable!
This tour is amazing! Our tour guide, Captain Jack is soooo kind, takes really nice photos and very friendly and helpful. he watched over us like a parent 😝. The tour itself was perfect! loved the whole day, and everything in between! this is a must-try for those who’ve been to the most popular destinations in Tokyo. A perfect balance of Nature, temple, amazing food and relaxing onsen!
Tom was great. drive was beautiful, strawberries were amazing!!! only thing we did not like the eel was cold and had a ton of bones. not to much walking for a pregnant woman that was my main concern.
Tom was a very good guide. He knew all the perfect spots to get great photos and was made sure we got to visit all the places scheduled for the day. This is a recommended trip
I cannot recommend this day trip enough. Kousei was a fantastic guide who was extremely helpful and informative. He was fluent in both English and Mandarin, and answered every question each of us had. The sights themselves were breathtaking, some of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. The price is a STEAL for what you get.

Although someone was late and affected the time to go home, Jonny still tried his best to appease the others. This trip was a great experience. I was also fortunate to have a good tour guide.
