- This venue is insured with public accident liability insurance, but ice sports are high-risk sports. If you are concerned, it is recommended to purchase your own personal insurance. Please cooperate with the venue to sign a safety regulation consent form upon entry. You need to evaluate your health condition before doing ice sports.
- Private teaching activities are prohibited on the ice surface.
- It is recommended that ice skaters be over 6 years old. If you are under 6 years old, it is recommended that you be accompanied by an adult.
- Ice skate sizes are from 15.6 cm to 29.5 cm. If your foot length is outside this value, please bring your own ice skates.
- Opening hours are generally 10:00-20:00 on business days. If some time slots are fully booked, they will not be available. Please refer to the time slots available when placing your order.
- In the event of partial full-venue booking activities, the ice surface may be marked off with some areas for the exclusive use of other customers. Please use the remaining areas according to the instructions of the on-site staff.
