helloklook team, I have a big complain on my klook booking for this restaurant, I went with my husband en my child at the day of the appointment, 3 persons. klook never mentioned the I had to buy only 1 boucher for 3 people. I was assisted by the restaurant staf en they only needed 1 boucher instead of the 3 boucher I bought....So I paid way to much for this booking. no option for refunding in the klook app that is a big disappointment please assist to refund the 2 boucher not used and unnecessarily requested for this dinner. we called to the emergency number and they said that the restaurant is not responsible for the refund as it was booked via de application
