Osaka Home Feast Cooking and Sake Experience
FamilyMart Minamimorimachi station South side
- Experience Japan’s cozy “Taku-Nomi” culture in a chill, izakaya-style night class, starting with a fun grocery run at a local supermarket.
- Cook classic party dishes like takoyaki (octopus balls), chicken with mayo & ponzu, wasabi-marinated tuna, and endless cabbage while sipping sake and beer.
- Taste 3 unique Japanese sakes handpicked by MagicalTrip, perfectly paired to enhance each bite. Take home a downloadable recipe pack with easy-to-make dishes using everyday ingredients—perfect for your own party!
What to expect
Meet your guide and stroll to a Japanese supermarket, discovering unique ingredients and brainstorming creative takoyaki fillings—Osaka-style! Then head to a cozy cooking studio, don your MagicalTrip apron, and learn to craft authentic izakaya-style plates. Sip sake as you cook and sample early bites like Mugen Cabbage and Wasabi Tuna Salad. Taste three handpicked sakes paired with your dishes. For the finale, master crispy takoyaki and juicy chicken with green onion, mayo, and ponzu. Enjoy your feast in a relaxed "taku-nomi" home-drinking vibe, then take home recipes to recreate the flavors with friends.
