There is no itinerary arrangement when arriving in Xi'an on the first day. Only the driver can provide customer service. There is no tour guide. The starting price of a taxi in Xi'an is 8.5 yuan (including 2 kilometers), 1.5 yuan per kilometer, 5 minutes per kilometer in traffic jams, and 2.5 minutes to start the meter.
