Car Rental with Driver to Kyoto Imperial Palace/ Nijo Castle/ Kinkaku-ji Customized Tour (Round Trip from Kyoto)

The driver Jichun was very helpful and accommodating, given we have two young toddlers with us. He made sure we went to the right spot for our cherry blossom visits and share some useful tips of what to do in the different places. Grateful for the trip.

Renting kimonos was a highlight I Kyoto, but having a private car charter was the best decision!! It allowed us to visit at least five destinations comfortably in kimono. Mrs. Hou (侯楠楠）exceeded all expectations as our driver in Kyoto. Not only did she expertly navigate us to our planned destinations, but she also acted as a knowledgeable tour guide, recommending additional sights and souvenirs. Her warmth and attention to detail made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommend.

Mr Ji is very friendly and made great suggestions to the locations that we wanted to go. He planned the itinerary and we made it to many places, beating the crowd! He speaks Chinese and a little English. Van was very clean and comfortable.

We are a family of six with one eledery. The privare chartered is a food choice and vary convenient. The service conatcted us via whats app one day before the trup. Our initery was customized so informed them early which they acknowledeg via whats app. Our driver is Mr Taro is very nice, friendly and a good driver. He assisted us and ensure our trip is smooth. We have no provlem communication as the driver speak a little bit of english and have a transalor in cases we have trouble conveying with one another We were able to accomplished all the stated places in our itinerary and even finished early and still have some time left. We requested to Mr Taro if we can still go to another place in which he very much accommodated us. Overall the trip was great. I highly recommend this.

Our driver, Mr. Sakamoto, drove us safely. He was very kind and helpful, always answering our questions about must-see sights and good restaurants at each location, which made our trip very comfortable. He's also an excellent driver. We visited in mid-summer, and for routes that involved a lot of walking, he drove us as close as possible, so the children didn't get tired and enjoyed sightseeing. We were very worried about having to walk to our hotel, but he provided that as a complimentary service, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Very good value charter vehicle option which helped our family of 4 experience the greatest hits of kyoto and some. Enjoy the cool a/c and fuss free travel between sites which can get convoluted given the public transport limitations for some venues. This private vehicle was a life saver for our kids who may not have enjoyed getting squashed in a packed bus or exhausted from walling everywhere. Even managed to squeeze in a visit to my Hiei which is well worth the drive.

You will receive confirmation message after booking and 1 day before the planned tour, the driver will message you based on the mode of contact you have given upon booking, so make sure you are accessible on the mode of communication overseas! :) The driver reached 30 mins before planned timing, and was very polite throughout the trip - 小冷。 He is a chinese-speaking driver which made communication much easier for us, especially me as i do not need to translate anything. Of course this booking serves as travelling only, not as tour package, hence do not expect much initiated communication by the driver, but if you asked him questions, he will sure try to answer. would recommend people to take on especially travelling with babies or old people! Oh ya, you need to tell them the places you would like to visit and he will plan the route for you. We planned to visit 4 places, but due to spending time on taking photos which eat in our time, so only went to 3 places...haha. Can aak him to recommend good food and bring you there too

There were seven people in the group, including an elder. On August 1st, when it was over 30 degrees, I went to the summer festival at Kiyomizudera Temple, Yaban Shrine, Fushimi Duhe Taisha Shrine and Nijo Castle. Lunch and dinner were also completed in the middle. Departs and ends from your hotel in Kyoto within 10 hours. Because the weather was too hot, the elders Fushimi Duhe stayed in the car to rest. If you don’t have a car, the trip should be saved in half.

Yuki our driver contacted us the day before introducing herself and confirming pu time and with suggestions for our day. We got to see all the major sites in one day. With 9 people in our group this was the best way to get around.
