On December 12, 2026, December 13, 2026, January 2, 2027, January 3, 2027, January 10, 2027, March 7, 2027, and April 19, 2027, marathons are confirmed on these dates. We will adjust the order of attractions based on actual conditions. Traffic jams are prone to occur during peak travel times on Japanese weekends and holidays, and some attractions may close early. The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened according to actual conditions. It is recommended not to book dinners, flights, or Shinkansen (bullet trains), and to bring light snacks, power banks, and other supplies. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

• We will contact guests and send an email before 18:00 on the day prior to departure to inform them of the next day's guide and vehicle information. Please check it in a timely manner. In peak seasons, there may be delays. If you do not receive the information, be sure to check your email for any alerts.
• As Japanese law stipulates that the operating time of vehicles must not exceed 10 hours, the tour guide will reduce the itinerary based on the actual conditions of the day's travel. Please be aware of this.
• Please note: As this activity is a group tour, there may be guests speaking other languages traveling in the same vehicle with you. Thank you for your understanding.
• To ensure your smooth trip, please be sure to confirm the meeting point. Once confirmed, please avoid changing it temporarily. If you fail to board the vehicle due to changing the meeting point for personal reasons, no refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
• We will do our best to arrange seat requests, but since this trip is a carpooling tour, seat allocation mainly follows a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please inform us in the remarks, and we will try our best to arrange suitable seats for you. The final arrangement is subject to the coordination of the tour guide on the day. We hope to get your understanding and tolerance, and thank you for your consideration.
• In case of bad weather or other force majeure factors, the park may delay or change the operating hours of amusement facilities or show performances without prior notice, and may even cancel the operation and performance of certain items.
• This product may be adjusted based on factors such as weather. For your safety, the staff has the right to ask guests to suspend outdoor activities, communicate with you, and make alternative arrangements, subject to the actual conditions of the day.
• The transportation, sightseeing, and stay times involved in the itinerary are subject to actual conditions on the day. In special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather conditions, etc.), the tour guide may, with the consent of the guests and based on actual conditions, reasonably adjust the visiting order of attractions in the itinerary or omit certain attractions.
• We will arrange different vehicle types based on the actual number of travelers. Vehicle types cannot be specified.
• During the group itinerary, you are not allowed to leave the tour early or drop out midway. If you choose to leave the tour midway, the unfinished part will be regarded as your voluntary abandonment, and no fees will be refunded. You shall bear the responsibility for any accidents that may occur after leaving or dropping out of the tour. Thank you for your understanding.
• Seasonal limited activities (such as cherry blossoms, red leaves, special flowering periods, illuminations, fireworks festivals, snow sightseeing, hot spring seasons, festival events, etc.) are greatly affected by climate, weather, or other force majeure factors, and specific arrangements may be adjusted accordingly. If the flowering period or special activities fail to meet expectations, no refund will be issued. Please be aware of this.

The itinerary does not include personal travel and accident insurance, and it is recommended to purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports carry certain risks, so travelers should carefully sign up based on their own health conditions.

After the itinerary departs, if it is forced to be suspended due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fees will not be refunded, and travelers must bear the return or additional accommodation expenses themselves.

During Japanese public holidays and weekend travel peaks, severe traffic jams or early closures of attractions often occur. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinners for that evening, and to bring your own light snacks and power banks.
