- If you require pick-up or drop-off at a different location, an empty car fee of JPY 5,000-10,000 will be charged.
- If you charter a car continuously and stay overnight outside Fukuoka, an additional accommodation fee of ¥8,000 per night must be paid to the driver.
- The ETC highway tolls and parking fees incurred on the day must be reimbursed by the traveler.
- If a single-day itinerary exceeds 300 kilometers, an additional charge of ¥200 per kilometer will be applied for the excess portion.
- Overtime fee: If the scheduled time is exceeded, an overtime fee of ¥10,000 per hour will be charged for vehicle models with 10 seats or more.

Vehicle & luggage info
- The driver / operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
