1. Pick up from airport to hotel was not well coordinated and driver was late 2. Itinerary and accommodation was confirmed very last minute, only one day before and only after we asked them many times 3. Guide was very disorganised and did not manage the time well, causing a lot of time wasted and confusion

Xinjiang is beautiful, klook support is good but guide is disorganised, messy and unprofessional. 1. Guide is very disorganized. On day 2 after check-in, she told us to wait for her call to go out again. She did not want to tell us what time to meet again and expect us to be on standby for her call. On day 4, she told us to wait for her to get cruise tickets (own expense). After waiting for 1 hour, she told us cruise is closed for the day. After we went off, she called us again to go back if we want to take the cruise. 2. Drone videos taken by guide come across as amateurish, and the music feels out of place 3. Guide told us to sign on the contract but only explain it to guy beside her. We asked her but she replied 叫你签就签 4. The food places she sent us to tasted horrible. We found nice food by ourselves 5. Most of time she didnt tell us where we were going 6. Hotel name needed for filling up the arrival card was not provided until we landed 7. Guide instructed us to give 5 stars review

Very satisfied with this Xin Jiang trip, the places are amazing, the guides are friendly and very helpful, especially because you can take photos and use drones as you wish, amazing and highly recommended for friends who want to travel to Xin Jiang

I am very satisfied with the overall trip, especially the driver Xiao Ma's service, his friendly attitude and good arrangements. Except for one or two nights where the accommodation conditions were average, everything else was good and worth recommending.

The charter drivers we had in Altay, Xinjiang were amazing! We had a large group, but the three cars were always in sync, never leaving anyone behind! The cars were all clean and spacious, and their driving skills were impeccable, easily handling mountain roads and canyons, making us feel safe throughout the entire journey. The three drivers were all different, but they were all great people. Over the 10 days, we went from strangers to friends, communication was key, and in the end, we worked together really well [Grinning face with squinting eyes]. They were happy to consider our opinions and make adjustments for us. The experience of coming to Xinjiang for the first time was very special. The leader's car was very handsome. No matter where there were many people, he could recognize our car at a glance.
