- The evening before departure, between 18:00 and 20:00, our company will notify you by phone regarding the assembly details. Please arrive at the designated location at the required time according to the instructions. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Enjoy the scenic mountain and water attractions and have fun with free activities within the scenic area.
- For groups of 17 people or fewer, there will be no tour guide. We appreciate your understanding. The driver will be responsible for pick-up, drop-off, and coordinating scenic spot tickets.
- The number of passengers must match the actual number of people booked. Do not bring extra children. If you bring extra children without prior registration, resulting in overloading, you will be refused service and will bear any resulting losses.
- Pay attention to safety during the trip. It is advisable to wear rubber-soled shoes or cloth shoes for convenience and safety. Leather shoes are not recommended.
- Maintain a pleasant attitude while traveling. We recommend bringing extra leisure snacks, wet wipes, etc.
- Please bring your own motion sickness medicine, antidiarrheal medication, bandages, and other daily or habitual medications.
- Please bring your own umbrella and jacket as the weather is changeable in summer.
- Our company reserves the right to adjust the order of attractions without reducing the number of attractions.
- In the event of force majeure, any costs incurred shall be borne by the guest.
