It was inconvenient because I couldn't communicate in Korean, but the service was okay. The restaurant use time was limited, which was inconvenient. It would have been nice if there was a description of the sauna service at the reception desk. And I was confused because the sign was wrong.
There are many types of massages, but I think it's Klook's fault for not clearly indicating which massages are which. I was supposed to get a yangseng massage, but I was really embarrassed because I got a Chinese massage and they didn't give me a voucher. The price is the same for both yangseng and Chinese massage, so why are they so strict? They say the fruit is free, but the facilities are old, so I don't recommend it.
