Traditional Thai Cooking Class with Local Chef in Krabi

we had a wonderful time with our amazing teacher Destiny. The trip to the local market was so interesting, she answered all of our questions. we booked the lesson for 2 adults and one 16 year old and one 8 years old. They participate through all of the class. we also came with a 2.5 years old that was asleep because we booked the 14:00 pm class. and the food was delicious!!! we tried the all menu and it was the best meal we ate so far. We really love Thai cuisine.

Aside from a slight issue of delay in pick up, the whole experience was pretty good! There were not many people probably because I booked a weekday session. The chef was really helpful and shared a lot of information about the dishes and how to prepare them. she was really funny, entertaining, and helpful too! good for beginners with no experience even. and yeah, they helped to talk a lot of photos!

This cooking workshop was an amazing experience. We started with a tour of the local market with Tuki. She picked out ingredients and explained the raw materials used in Thai dishes. In the second part, we chose the dishes we wanted to learn how to cook from several options, and the lovely Tuki guided us step by step with clear, detailed explanations. Everything turned out incredibly delicious!!! We were so full that we even took our Pad Thai with us—it made for a perfect late-night meal :) You also get the recipes to take home. A wonderful course, highly recommended!

We are given a menu and we get to choose which dishes we’d like to learn how to make. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, and I’m amazed I can make really tasty Thai dishes after the class. Our teacher was very warm and funny. She made everyone feel at ease. overall experience was great!

Everything was great. There was plenty of food. The chef was very nice, and the atmosphere was very good. There was also complimentary water. I left with a full stomach. The price also included pickup from your hotel and drop-off at the same place. This is an absolute must-do in Ao Nang.

The cooking class is highly recommended! Beforehand, we visited a local market and then were allowed to cook various dishes - there were only two of us, which was very pleasant. We had a lot of fun with our cooking instructor, and the lady who picked us up and led us through the market was also very friendly. Great excursion, especially in bad weather.

We took the cooking class today with prior shopping in the local market. We were allowed to prepare 5 dishes with our nice cook. It was an absolutely wonderful experience to see how the dishes are prepared here, and in the market, we were shown and explained various fruits, fish, etc. A big compliment to our cooking instructor for her friendly, open-minded, and humorous manner. We would do it again and can absolutely recommend it 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We booked the market tour and cooking class. They picked up our entire party on time and took us to a local market. There we learned about local herbs, fruits and veggies. The cooking class was incredibly entertaining. Our teenagers had a great time and by the end, we had each made three dishes, spring rolls and mango sticky rice. It was almost too much to eat. The ladies that run the classes are incredible. Very sweet and generous and were so lind to my family. This is a highlight for sure.

Fantastic experience with An. the class was fun, we got to choose the dishes we want to cook and eat! my sister wasn’t feeling well and had to go back to our hotel and they accommodated her by taking her back. I prepped her ingredients whilst An cooked her food and I got to bring her food back! amazing service.

Our cooking class in Krabi was a fantastic experience that exceeded expectations. Since it was just the two of us, we enjoyed a surprisingly private tour of the local market. Exploring the stalls and seeing the fresh ingredients was a highlight, and we even bought spices to take home. The class itself was excellent, featuring a big variety of dishes. We prepared so much delicious food that we even took leftovers back to our hotel! Our guide, Ann, was funny and energetic, making the entire day wonderful. It’s a must-do for anyone wanting an intimate taste of Thailand.
