What to expect
Explore the charming city of Yanagawa in your favorite kimono. Known as the "City of Water," Yanagawa features a network of canals running throughout the city. As a commercial center in the southwestern part of the Chikugo region, it is a charming town known for its eel dishes such as steamed eel, canal cruises, and the Tachibana Garden (Ohana), the former villa of the Tachibana clan.

Reviews
The kimonos looked great and were of good quality, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We had the complete setup, even the fans and bags to go with it. Riu and his partner were quite friendly and helpful, well beyond what is expected of them, even helping us out with restaurants and offering us a ride back to the station. Highly recommended!
The staff are very polite and friendly, there are many choices and the value is reasonable. I will patronize again next time
Received confirmation voucher from Klook but upon arrival the shop was closed. Checked with the neighbour shop and was told they were not even open that day.
Came with a high expectation after visiting Dazaifu. It was kinda disappointing, the staffs cannot speak or understand english. Due to understaffed, we were given an option to wait for 1 hour to get hair styled with add on charge or proceed without hence decided to forfeit and left yanagawa since there is nothing much.
Please everyone, stop booking this. The instructor for this activity completely forgot the service date. We arrived early, only to be stood up. They didn't even proactively contact us, leaving us disappointed after we and our daughter went to the location. We wasted two hours and accomplished nothing. Participating in this tour is too risky. Now we're worried about how to process the refund. Plus, there's no sign at the entrance, and only a small arts and crafts shop next door, making it very difficult to find.
