- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
- During 2 June - 8 October 2026, the transport vehicle will be temporarily changed from Speedboat to Catamaran. Please ensure you select the "Catamaran" option when booking for these dates.
- Guests who are pregnant or have high blood pressure, heart disease and bone diseases are not recommended to join the tour

Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
