What to expect
Learn the traditional art of Tai Chi from a master in a tranquil park in the heart of Shanghai. The class begins with a gentle warm-up and progresses to graceful, flowing movements centered on balance, breath control, and inner strength.
Your Tai Chi master will explain each movement in detail throughout the class, and provide one-on-one posture corrections to ensure you master the technique. The class includes Qi Gong (energy-directed exercises) to help increase the flow of energy in the body, and ends with a gentle relaxation exercise to rejuvenate your body and mind.
