This private car transfer service operates between downtown Osaka, hotels near Kansai International Airport (KIX), and Shin-Osaka Station, with a quick 30-minute journey! You can get on or off at any location in downtown Osaka (such as hotels or stations) or hotels near KIX. For round-trip services, please select the Round Trip package.
What items are included in the fees, and are there any extra charges?
Your package includes a one-way private transfer between downtown Osaka and Shin-Osaka Station, a skilled driver, and fuel costs. Child seats are available for purchase separately as an add-on.
Does this service include admission tickets?
This service does not include admission tickets for attractions, events, or other transportation services. You will need to purchase any such tickets yourself. For the included fees, please refer to the package details.
When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the order is placed?
Your order will be confirmed within 24 hours, and you will receive a confirmation email from the platform. The driver and car plate information will be sent to you by the service provider by 18:00 the day before departure. At the latest, it will be sent 2 hours before departure. Please check your email or messaging apps (WhatsApp/Line/WeChat) before the participation date.
What languages does the driver speak?
The driver can speak Chinese or Japanese. They do not speak English but can reply to customers via a translator device. You can select your preferred language on the checkout page.
