- No face masks, flippers, or outside flotation devices allowed in the pools
- Please dress accordingly according to the waterpark’s dress code
- Please note: The e-ticket that will be sent after booking is in A4 size and must be printed in the correct size for admission
- Important note: Please enter the Hot Springs and Spa right before you exit the park as your wristband will be removed upon exiting the Hot Springs and Spa area and you will no longer have access to the rest of the theme park
- You may stay in after the closure of the theme park to enjoy the hot spring and spa at night. However, if you exited and wish to re-enter the park for the hot spring and spa at night, you are required to purchase a Lost World Hot Springs Night Park ticket
- For seniors aged 60+, you can purchase the child ticket as your entry ticket
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

How to get there
- By train: From KL Sentral or any KTM station, take the Electric Train Service (ETS) to the Ipoh Railway Station. From there, the park is 25 minutes away by car or taxi
- By car: From Kuala Lumpur or Penang, drive 2 hours via the North South Highway
- Once you arrive at Ipoh city center, drive 20 minutes via Jalan Tambun road to Lost World of Tambun
- Please note: Parking is available at RM1 per entry
- You can also opt for a one way transfer service from Kuala Lumpur city center to Lost World of Tambun

Fantastic experience! The safari is quite big and we got to interact with animals very closely before we went to the hot springs. There were quite a number of hot springs spots provided, it’s very enjoyable and fun (especially the sauna cave). Worth it! Highly Recommended!

The staff at Sunway Lost World of Tambun were very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the petting zoo and the hot springs.
We had a wonderful experience and will definitely visit again the next time we travel to Ipoh. Highly recommended!

A wonderful place for families and animal lovers! There are plenty of activities to enjoy, especially the animal feeding sessions. We had the opportunity to feed giraffes, bears, and even hyenas, which was a truly memorable experience.
The hot spring pools are another highlight, with many different pools available for soaking and relaxation. The facilities are well-maintained, and there is something for both adults and children to enjoy.
If you're visiting Ipoh, this is definitely a place you should not miss. Highly recommended!

It was an incredibly memorable experience, especially celebrating my son's birthday. The best part was all the Lost World of Tambun staff personally wished him a happy birthday and even made an announcement for all visitors to sing together. It was truly an unforgettable memory for my son and our family. During our visit, the park was not very full, allowing us to enjoy some of the rides more than once. As a frequent visitor to the Tambun Water Park, I highly recommend it.

What an excellent day we had here. I was travelling with my daughter's family including 2 girls under 12. We arrived as it opened and we're amongst the last to leave late that night and all had a fantastic day. 1 note of caution, if buying tickets from Klook; the meal voucher tickets are for MY passport holders a only. This is not apparent until you receive them and you won't get much of a refund from Klook!! I spent £95 on tickets, got about £20 back, even after paying £85 for replacement tickets as a 'good will gesture', I feel scammed!!

My Awesome Adventure at Sunway Lost World of Tambun was absolutely spectacular, offering a perfect 12-hour transition from high-energy thrills to deep relaxation.
🌙 Magical Evenings
As the sun went down, the park transformed into a mystical wonderland.
Luminous Forest: Walking through the "Bridge of Luminosa" into a forest of glowing flowers felt like stepping into a fantasy movie.
Hot Springs & Spa: Soaking in the natural geothermal pools under the stars was the best way to soothe tired muscles. The Infinity Pool and Steam Cave are must-visits!
Flaming Percussion Show: We ended the night with the 10:40 PM fire show—it was electrifying and the perfect high-octane finale.

Buying tickets with Klook was super smooth and convenient as they had a dedicated lane at the entrance. The tickets were cheaper compared to other platforms, making the experience not only fun but also great value for money. We spent the entire day from 11am to 11pm at the theme park and kids truly enjoyed themselves. Highly recommended for family and kids :)

Can go directly to point of gantry without exchanging tickets. the tickets includes unlimited rides at adventure place except haunted house. The petting zoo is way bigger than we thought and water slides are limited for adults too
